1. Account Types
When you register, you must choose the correct account type:
- Private Keeper: For hobbyists looking to rehome a pet or buy a tortoise.
- Business / Breeder: For pet shops or commercial breeders. You will be asked for your Company Name and Local Authority License Number.
2. The Registration Form
You can find the "Register" link in the footer of every page, or by clicking "Login" in the main menu.
Important - Location Selection:
Our site uses a smart-location system. You must select your Country and County first. When entering your Town, start typing and click your town from the list that appears. Do not just type it and press enter, or the map features won't work for you.
3. Email Verification
We require email verification to block spammers. After signing up, check your inbox for a link. If you don't see it within 2 minutes, please check your Junk/Spam folder.
