Common Login Issues
1. "Please Verify Your Email"
You cannot log in until you click the activation link sent to your email. If you have lost this email, go to the Login page and look for the "Resend Verification" link.
2. "Account Suspended"
If you see a suspension message, our security system has flagged your account. This happens if:
- You tried to move a conversation off-site immediately.
- You used banned keywords (like "Western Union" or "Crypto").
- You posted a duplicate or spam listing.
If you believe this is an error, please contact support via the Contact page.
3. Forgotten Password
Click "Forgot Password?" on the login screen. You will need access to your registered email address to reset it.
