Accepted File Formats
We accept JPG, PNG, and WebP images. Max file size is 10MB per photo.
iPhone Users (HEIC Files)
Newer iPhones take photos in a format called ".HEIC". Web browsers cannot display these.
If your upload fails or spins forever:
- Open the photo on your iPhone.
- Take a Screenshot of the photo.
- Upload the screenshot instead. (Screenshots are automatically saved as compatible PNGs).
Photo Rules
- No watermarks from other websites.
- No text overlaid on the image.
- Must show the actual animal (no stock photos).
