Customizing Your Profile

Sellers with a profile picture (avatar) receive 40% more enquiries. To add one:

  1. Log in and go to your Dashboard.
  2. Click "Edit Profile" (or the camera icon on your current avatar).
  3. Upload a square image (JPG or PNG).

Changing Your Location

If you move house, you must update your location in your profile settings. This ensures your distance is calculated correctly on search results.
