Russian tortoise

Hi I have a Russian tortoise that I brought for the kids a few years ago his name is Raphael he’s 3 years old we did have paper work however I’m struggling to find
He’s healthy it comeswith the full set up a decent size pen with lamp food and water pots and a few other bits
Price is at it is purely because he comes with the full set up
